Annual Financial Reporting

At the end of each financial year, we can assist your organisations to prepare your financial statements according to the Australian Accounting Standards and other reporting requirements specified by the regulators such as ACNC and Victoria Consumer Affairs.

We can also assist you to prepare your annual reporting documents for the regulators and deal with your auditors on your behalf including providing them with necessary information and documents. We can also assist you to work with our affiliate auditors to comply with your audit and review requirements.

BAS Agent Services

We can assist you to manage the preparation and lodgement of your BAS obligations. All our work are checked for accuracy by our qualified accountants.

If the accounts are prepared by your in-house staff, we can assist you to verify the transactions and properly prepare the BAS covering GST, PAYG, and FBT, and make sure that all the work are properly reviewed by our qualified accountants.

Prepare your timesheets - you can still use your own methods to prepare your timesheets. We can also assist you to set up an effective attendance recording solution.

Payroll process and reports - once we receive your timesheets and process the payroll for you, we will provide you with a set of comprehensive reports including superannuation contribution details and employee payslips. We can also provide you with a bank transfer file.

Employee Self Services - we can assist you to set up an employee self service portal to allow your employees to manage their personal details and leave.

Audit / Review

Audit / Review of Accounts

Not-for-profit organisations registered with the ACNC with annual revenue over $500,000 are required to have their financial statements reviewed by a specifically qualified accountant or auditor, while those with annual revenue exceeding $3,000,000 must have their financial statements audited. Choosing an accountant or auditor who understands the not-for-profit sector is an important decision.

If your organisation is registered as an incorporated association with the Consumer Affairs Victoria, similar reviewing and auditing requirements apply from 1 July 2024 onwards.  

​
